Peter Marrone
Peter Marrone is the Executive Chairman of Yamana Gold Inc., which he founded in 2003. He has more than 35 years of mining, business, and capital markets experience. He has been on the boards of a number of public companies and has advised companies with a strong South American and North American presence. Prior to Yamana, Mr. Marrone was the head of investment banking at a major Canadian investment bank and before that practiced law in Toronto with a strong focus on corporate law, securities law, and international transactions.

Paul Rollinson
Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has strengthened its balance sheet, advanced its portfolio of mines and projects, and achieved one of the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a career in investment banking, where he worked primarily in mining, industrials, forestry, power and utility sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.
Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Kelvin Dushnisky was appointed Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of AngloGold Ashanti on September 1, 2018. Mr Dushnisky was previously President and a Director of Barrick Gold Corporation, a post held since 2015. He had direct responsibility for Barrick’s overall business, execution of its operating plans and strategic priorities, and oversight of Barrick’s activities across Australia, Africa, the Middle East, North America and South America. He also held responsibility for Barrick’s relationships with host governments, local communities and other external stakeholders. Mr Dushnisky holds a B.Sc. (Hon.) degree from the University of Manitoba and M.Sc. and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the Accenture Global Mining Executive Council, member and principal business advisor to the Institute of Business Advisers Southern Africa and the Institute of Directors Southern Africa. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Business Council of Canada, the Institute of the Americas and the Canadian Council for the Americas. Mr. Dushnisky represents AngloGold Ashanti at the World Gold Council and the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM). He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the University Health Network.

Mr Bond has experience in the global financial and resources industry with Newcrest, BHP Billiton, Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse.
Prior to joining Newcrest, Mr Bond was with BHP Billiton for over 14 years where he held a number of senior executive roles in Europe and Australia including in Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, as Deputy CFO of the Aluminium business, CFO and then Acting President of the Nickel business, and most recently was BHP Billiton’s Head of Group Human Resources.

Mark Bristow was formerly the chief executive of Randgold Resources, the company he built from a small Africa- focused exploration business into one of the industry’s most profitable and best managed gold miners. He joined Barrick in his current position with the Merger in January 2019. Mark restructured and restrategised Barrick, and within months he was the prime mover in the combination of the Nevada assets of Barrick and Newmont, creating the world’s single largest gold mining complex, Nevada Gold Mines, majority-owned and operated by Barrick. His goal is to make Barrick the world’s most valued gold and copper producer, owning the best assets, managed by the best people, and delivering industry leading returns.

Pavel Grachev was appointed head of Polyus in 2013. Prior to joining the company, from 2010 to 2013, Mr. Grachev served as Chief Executive Office of the leading potash producer Uralkali and then of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund. Prior to this, from 1997 he held a number of executive positions in international investment and law firms.
In addition to participation in the Board of Polyus, Mr. Grachev is currently engaged as independent director on the Board of FGC UES (Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System) and RusHydro. He has also previously served on the Boards of Uralkali, PIK Group (as Chairman) and Polymetal. Mr. Grachev graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University and the University of Trieste (Italy) with degrees in law. He has been serving on the Board of PJSC Polyus since May 2015.

Sébastien de Montessus is President and CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.
Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).
Before joining AREVA in 2002, Sébastien was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London specializing in M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Sébastien is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

He has 45 years’ experience in the mining industry, including his last position as Senior Vice President: Mining of Sasol Mining Proprietary Limited, and executive positions at Harmony, from 2003 to 2007, and at African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and Pamodzi Gold.
He is a vice-president at the Minerals Council South Africa, a member and past president of the Association of Mine Managers of South Africa, and a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Colliery Managers’ Association.

Rick Howes is a Professional Engineer and has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Howes has been closely associated with the practices that make for world-class mining operations including Inco’s North Mine which won the 2006 Ryan Award as the safest mine in Canada. Mr. Howes joined DPM in early 2009 as General Manager and Executive Director of Dundee Precious Metals Chelopech EAD (formerly Chelopech Mining EAD) and, in November 2010, was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Howes worked for 30 years in various operating and technical capacities in the Canadian mining industry working for major mining producers including Vale Inco, Falconbridge and Cominco. Mr. Howes attended Queen’s University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering.

Steve Letwin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD on November 1, 2010. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since joining the Company. Mr. Stanford is a mining executive with 35 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Stanford started his career at Vale Canada Limited (“Vale”, formerly Vale Inco and Inco Limited) in 1981 as a software designer and then moved into operations management as an underground mine foreman. He progressed through senior roles in mines operations, processing plant operations, engineering, environmental, health and safety, human resources, and production services operations. In 2006, he was appointed to the role of President of Vale’s Ontario operations, a position he held until June of 2009.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of Orford Mining Corporation and a Director at the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Clive Johnson has served as a Founding Director and the President of B2Gold since December 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2007. Mr. Johnson oversees our long-term strategy and development and leads the executive team of B2Gold. Previously, Mr. Johnson was involved with Bema Gold and its predecessor companies since 1977. Mr. Johnson was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bema after it was created by the amalgamation of three Bema group companies in 1988. He was a driving force in Bema’s transition from a junior exploration company to an international intermediate gold producer. Mr. Johnson received the 2004 Viola MacMillan Developer’s Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and in 2013 he received the Pacific Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Mining and Metals.

Mr Raleigh Finlayson is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of technical and operational experience in the mining industry in multiple disciplines including both underground and open pit operations. Mr Finlayson commenced with Saracen Mineral Holdings as General Manager – Operations in February 2008 and managed the timely completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study and development of the Carosue Dam Operations in 2009. Mr Finlayson was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2009 and managed all operational aspects of the business until he was appointed Managing Director in April 2013.

Mr. Dorward has over 20 years of experience in the mining and finance industries and most recently served as Vice-President, Business Development at Fronteer Gold Inc. He was an integral part of the team that sold the large Michelin uranium deposit, acquired AuEX Ventures Inc., and successfully advanced Fronteer Gold's properties prior to the Company's sale to Newmont Mining Corp. for $2.3 billion in 2011. Prior to his role at Fronteer Gold, Mr. Dorward was the Chief Financial Officer of Mineral Deposits Ltd. from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for financing the construction of the Sabodala Gold Project in Senegal, West Africa. Prior to that, Mr. Dorward was the Chief Financial Officer at Leviathan Resources Ltd., an ASX-listed gold producer, before its acquisition in 2006. He was a non-executive director of Pilot Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2015 and is currently a non-executive director of Navarre Minerals Ltd., an ASX-listed explorer, and Contact Gold.

David Wolfin is the President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. He has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.
He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.
Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.
He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.
Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.
For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).

Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto. Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining GoGold, Mr. Hatfield served as Chief Financial Officer for Brigus Gold Corp. from 2011 to 2012, Senior Vice President Finance for AuRico Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and Director of Finance with the Eastern Canada division of Sysco Corporation from 2004 to 2007, where Mr. Hatfield oversaw financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and planning, equity and debt financings, and all operational finance functions. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager with an international accounting firm advising various public companies on Canadian and US stock exchange regulations, equity financings, and general financial management. Mr. Hatfield is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Over the past 30-plus years, Peter Cook has dedicated his life and career to becoming an expert in resources and all things gold – gaining experience in the fields of exploration and projects, operations, and the corporate management of several mining companies. “Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Geology and a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from the WA School of Mines, I was a young convert to corporate life,” he explains. “I became a managing director when I was just 29 years old – so I’ve been at it for a more than a quarter of a century.”

Mr Murray is a Chartered Accountant, a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an Executive degree in Advanced Management & Leadership from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. With over 25 years’ mining industry experience in senior leadership positions, including the position of Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Gold Road Resources Ltd (ASX: GOR) and DRDGold Ltd (NYSE & JSE: DRD), he has also held executive positions with international ‘Big Four’ accounting firms.
Mr Murray brings a wealth of financial, corporate, project development and operational experience to the Board and most recently led Gold Road as it transitioned from explorer to large scale gold producer. Mr Murray has been the recipient of many awards during his leadership of Gold Road, including the Gavin Thomas award for leadership, the Diggers and Dealers Deal of the year award in 2017, after winning the best emerging company award in 2011 as well as the CEO of the year award from CEO Magazine.

Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 30 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.
He joined Ramelius as Chief Operating Officer in March 2012, took up the reins as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in July of 2015.

Mr. Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a division director of investment banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.
Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr. Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr. Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer in November 2014 and became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2022.

Prior to Golden Star, Sam held numerous senior management positions for global mining companies, including Senior Vice President, South American Operations for Kinross Gold, COO of Xstrata Nickel, COO of Xstrata Coal South Africa and Managing Director for Placer Dome Inc. in Africa. Mr. Coetzer holds a degree in mining engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

A Chartered Professional Accountant, Mr. Young joined Barrick Gold Corporation (ABX-T) in 1991 and served in a series of positions of increasing responsibility in finance, corporate development, investor relations and mine development. Prior to joining Teranga in 2010, Mr. Young served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gabriel Resources Ltd. for five years. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.

Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Jason Reid is the CEO, President and a Director of Gold Resource Corporation. Appointed to CEO in 2013, President and Director in 2010, Jason has been with the Company since it was a private Company. Holding past positions including Corporate Development, Jason helped take the Company public in Sept of 2006 with its self-underwritten "IPO". Jason was part of a management team that took Gold Resource Corporation from an exploration stage company, to a development stage company, to the gold and silver dividend paying producer that Gold Resource Corporation is today. The Company has returned over $111 million dollars in dividends to shareholders and has a track record of profitability under Jason's tenure as President. Prior to joining the Company Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1997) from Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado.
