Raj joined BMO Capital Markets in October 2019 covering primarily precious metals. Raj has over eight years of sell-side research experience having worked previously at another Canadian broker-dealer covering Metals & Mining, and prior to that a Canadian bank-owned dealer covering Precious Metals. Raj started his career in industry at a natural resources company monitoring process operations in the zinc business. He has also worked at a risk management firm where he developed and reviewed risk evaluation metrics for mining and energy companies, and also integrated ESG factors to screen portfolios.
Raj holds a bachelor in metallurgy and materials engineering from National Institute of Technology (Rourkela), India, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. Raj is also a CFA charterholder.

He also held consulting engineer roles with SRK Ltd and started his career as a mining engineer with Gold Fields of South Africa.

Mr. Krebs first joined Coeur in August 1995 as Manager of Acquisitions after working as an investment banking analyst for PaineWebber Inc. in its Mergers & Acquisitions group.
During his tenure with Coeur Mining, Mr. Krebs has been responsible for dozens of acquisitions and divestitures of private and public entities both domestically and internationally and has overseen numerous private and public financings involving all aspects of the capital structure totaling nearly three billion dollars. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. During his tenure, Mick took the market capitalization from C$2.1 billion to C$4.9 billion over 7 months, which represented an internal rate of return of 208%, leading to the acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. in 2020.
Prior to Detour, Mr. McMullen served as CEO at Stillwater Mining Company (“Stillwater”) from December 2013 to May 2017 and as Technical Advisor from May 2017 to December 2018, where he was instrumental to the increase in market capitalization from US$1.3 billion to US$2.2 billion against a 10% fall in platinum group metals (“PGM”) prices over the same time.
Mick’s time before Stillwater involved the identification, acquisition, development, and operation of a variety of mining assets across North and South America, Europe, Australia and Africa. These ranged from gold to base metals and bulk commodities. In addition, he has provided technical and financial advisory services to many of the larger PE funds, activist funds, and banks providing mining finance.

Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, Mr. Woodyer led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In early 2020, after Leagold merged with Equinox Gold and he, along with other team members and number of mining entrepreneurs, created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to again follow the strategies that Endeavour and Leagold proved to be successful.

His breadth of experience includes both operational field management and executive corporate oversight leadership. Mr. Bourchier was previously President, CEO and a director of Harte Gold Corp. from late 2020 to early 2022 and Chief Operating Officer of Detour Gold for two years from 2018 to 2019. For six years from 2012 to 2017, Mr. Bourchier held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Nevsun Resources. Preceding this successful tenure, Mr. Bourchier was an operational Executive for two years at Wheaton Precious Metals (formerly Silver Wheaton). For the first 16 years of his career, he worked at Placer Dome (subsequently Barrick Gold) where he held positions of increasing responsibility concluding as Mining Manager and then General Manager at the Porgera open pit gold mine in PNG. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Bourchier also serves on the board of Treasury Metals since August 2020.

Michael Hudson is the Managing Director of Southern Cross Gold, a natural resources company engaged in the exploration of precious and critical metals in the Melbourne Zone of central Victoria.
He is an explorationist, geologist and entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a B.Sc. (Hons 1st) in Geology and immediately started working underground at Broken Hill and then as an exploration geologist around the world with Pasminco for 10 years.
Moving to the junior markets +20 years ago, he has developed and raised more than US$200m for mineral exploration properties on four continents and co-founded seven junior exploration companies. Over the last 15 years he has focussed on precious and critical metals and has been involved with numerous discoveries of various commodities, many which are now mines or advanced assets.
He currently sits on the board of junior explorers and developers across four stock exchanges (TSX, TSXV, CSE and ASX) and is passionate about the science of mineral discovery and the teamwork, rigour and persistence required.
He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Kerry Smith worked for 10 years as a mining engineer in Western Canada before completing a MBA in 1992. In 1992 Kerry graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with a Masters in Business Administration.
After graduation Kerry joined First Marathon Securities Limited, an independent institutional broker in Toronto, covering small and mid-cap gold, base metals and diamond equities. Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Before his most recent role at B2Gold Corp, Mr. Reichert was the General Manager at their Fekola Mine in Mali where he was part of the development team and led the transition from development into operations. He started his career with Cominco in Canada working at various operations including the Snip Mine. Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing more than 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore.
Prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of ASX listed Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX).
Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree, a Master of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and is President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) Executive Council.

Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 30 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.
He joined Ramelius as Chief Operating Officer in March 2012, took up the reins as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in July of 2015.

He has held senior roles within global mining companies and investment banks, including Macquarie, Equinox Minerals and Silver Lake Resources. John Lewins
Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Lewins has successfully managed the development of a number of open pit and underground gold, precious and base metal mines from feasibility study through to profitable operations.
Mr. Lewins has operated extensively at the corporate level in various roles from Executive General Manager to Director and Chief Executive Officer with a number of other mining companies, including MIM Holdings, First Dynasty Mines, Platinum Australia and African Thunder Platinum.
Mr. Lewins received his National Diploma for Technicians (Extractive Metallurgy) from Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from University of Leeds, England and a Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Queensland.

Mr. Makuch has over 35 years of mining+ industry experience and was most recently President, CEO and Director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd ("Kirkland"). During his five-year tenure as CEO of Kirkland, Mr. Makuch led the transformation of the company, with annual gold production increasing from 315,000 oz to over 1,400,000 oz, the market capitalization of the company increasing from approximately C$1 billion to over C$13 billion and Kirkland's share price increasing over 530%. These milestones were achieved on the back of two successful acquisitions, industry-leading operational performance and significant exploration success and ultimately culminated in Kirkland's merger with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in 2022.

Mr Azevedo is the founder of FFA Legal Ltda, a law firm located in Rio de Janeiro. FFA Legal Ltda was established to focus on assisting natural resource companies, including environmental licensing support, management of land and mineral rights, accounting, financial reporting, HR and other administrative activities.
Mr Azevedo began his career working for Western Mining Corp., Barrick Gold Corp. and Harsco Corp. Mr Azevedo has built a strong track record originating and vending projects that became mine operations. He has been Founder, Executive and Non-Executive Director of numerous private and public exploration, development and mining companies across the commodity complex in Brazil, including ASX listed Avanco Resources (sold to ASX listed Oz Minerals in 2018), TSX listed Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (sold to B&A Mineração S.A.in 2013) and TSX listed Talon Metals Corp. He is currently a Director of TSX/LSE listed Serabi Gold PLC, AIM listed Harvest Minerals Ltd and AIM listed Jangada Mines PLC.
Mr Azevedo co-founded Avanco Resources Ltd in 2007 and was responsible for assembling the company’s property package in the Carajás Mineral Province of Brazil. Avanco explored, discovered, permitted, constructed and operated the only new copper mine in the Carajás not owned by VALE S.A. Avanco was acquired by Oz Minerals Ltd for a 120% premium (~A$418 million) in 2018.
Mr Azevedo has also been an active spokesperson and advocate for the Brazilian mining sector and works closely with the highest levels of all branches of the Brazilian Federal Government. He founded, and is CEO, of the Brazilian Mining Prospectors Association (ABPM), a non for profit Brazilian mining advocacy organization. In 2019, he was appointed Vice President of the newly formed Mining Council of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry (CNI) the main non for profit lobbying organization in Brazil that aims to increase competitiveness of Brazilian industry by influencing the policy environment. CNI engages in active policy dialogue with the Brazilian Congress, Federal Government and the Judiciary. It has 27 federations that incorporate over 1,250 unions and 350,000 companies.
Mr Azevedo was nominated National Explorer of the Year in 2017 and was also highlighted as one of the three most prestigious miners in Brazil in 2019 by the Global Mining Observer.

Dr Andrew Stewart is an exploration geologist with over decades’ experience in mineral exploration; primarily focused on project generation, project evaluation and exploration strategy development throughout Asia and Eastern Europe. Andrew has particular expertise in porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold deposits but has worked across a diverse range of commodities. Andrew has previously worked for Ivanhoe Mines and Vale, and during this time Andrew held various technical and management positions in Mongolia and Indonesia and has been involved in several green-fields’ discoveries. Andrew identified Xanadu’s flagship project, the Kharmagtai copper gold project and now leads the Exploration team for both its existing project portfolio and project generation in Mongolia, as well as surrounding regions. Andrew is a member of the Safety, Health and Environment Committee.

Raj has over eight years of sell-side research experience having worked previously at another Canadian broker-dealer covering Metals & Mining, and prior to that a Canadian bank-owned dealer covering Precious Metals. Raj started his career in industry at a natural resources company monitoring process operations in the zinc business. He has also worked at a risk management firm where he developed and reviewed risk evaluation metrics for mining and energy companies, and also integrated ESG factors to screen portfolios.

Following an early career in industrial services, Mike joined the mining sector in 2001 in BHP’s human resources department. He rose through the ranks at BHP to head the Mozal Aluminium Smelter project in Mozambique in 2009 and was appointed the group’s President of Human Resources based in Melbourne.
When BHP created South32 in 2015, Mike became President and Chief Operating Officer of its global aluminium, nickel, and South African manganese and energy coal businesses. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Chaarat Gold, an AIM-listed junior gold miner, a position he held until his appointment to Gold Fields.

Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector.
Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO).

Richard is a geologist with 30 years’ experience in the mining industry and over 25 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He founded West African Resources in 2006, leading the company through its IPO in 2010, major gold discovery in 2016, to first gold production in 2020, completing construction 6 months ahead of schedule and US$20 million under budget.
In 2021 Richard led West African’s acquisition of the 7.8Moz Kiaka Gold Project, including raising over A$136 million in equity to support the transaction. In 2023 Richard and his team secured a further US$265 million in debt funding for the development and construction of Kiaka, which is over 50% complete and remains on schedule to pour first gold in the second half of 2025.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of New England and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Niël Pretorius has two decades of experience in the mining industry. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer designate of DRDGOLD Limited on 21 August 2008 and Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2009. Niël also serves as an elected Board representative of the Minerals Council South Africa.
Niël initially joined the Company on 1 May 2003 as a legal adviser and was promoted to the position of Group Legal Counsel on 1 September 2004 and then General Manager: Corporate Services on 1 April 2005. Niël was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ergo Mining Operations (formerly DRDGOLD SA) on 1 July 2006.
He has been instrumental in implementing several corporate social investment strategies and environmental, educational and rehabilitation policies during his tenure, in line with the Company’s strategy to deploy its resources to maximise economic value through sustainable and responsible mining, while releasing land back to the greater Johannesburg for redevelopment.
One of the Company’s key objectives is to generate a financial return for shareholders by maintaining healthy cash flows. This focus on cash flow has enabled the Company to preserve the value created for stakeholders in the form of dividends for 15 uninterrupted years, making a total distribution of 60 SA cents per share for FY2022.
Under his leadership, DRDGOLD was nominated as the Sunday Times Top 100 Company in South Africa in 2020. DRDGOLD has been ranked in the top 14 companies over the last five years.

After graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta, Kerry worked for several coal and copper companies in Western Canada. In 1992 Kerry graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with a Masters in Business Administration.
After graduation Kerry joined First Marathon Securities Limited, an independent institutional broker in Toronto, covering small and mid-cap gold, base metals and diamond equities. David Cole
Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. John (Iain) Macpherson
Iain is a seasoned mining executive with more than 40 years’ experience in senior operational management and executive roles in both the junior and major mining sectors. He has extensive operational, project management and project development experience at top management and executive levels in West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Russia and the Asia Pacific. This includes a number of restarts, turnarounds and project delivery under tight capital constraints.
He has a track record of building businesses, operating, developing and financing mining projects, including involvement of a number of mining start-ups and turnarounds, leading the development of new projects and running significant stock market listings and financings. His recent focus has been the Asia Pacific region and in both Francophone and Anglophone Africa, but he has also successfully operated in Western and Eastern Europe and Russia.
Iain trained as a mining engineer at the Royal School of Mines. His early career was with Gold Fields in Southern and Western Africa, where he rapidly rose to senior operational roles, including maintain operations in aged mines and responsibility for managing a large expansion at West Driefontein gold mine.
He was transferred by Gold Fields to Tarkwa as Mine Manager responsible for commissioning and ramp-up of Gold Field’s new flagship gold mine at Tarkwa, but at the same time maintaining the mature and financially stressed Tarkwa underground mine in production for a number of years, pending the commissioning of the new surface mine.
He then moved to the junior sector in 1999 and held senior operational and executive roles in Eastern and Western Europe and Russia including the turnaround of two mature mines: Chelopech in Bulgaria and Almagrera in Spain that supported the construction and development of the Aguas Teñidas polymetallic mine in Spain.
He then took the role as COO for Trans Siberian Gold and led the exploration and feasibility study of the Asacha epithermal mine in remote Kamchatka.
Iain then moving to South Africa as a member of the executive team that set up UraMin Inc. As Chief Operating Officer he was central to building the business, developing a number of uranium projects worldwide and established and led the highly effective operations team that was instrumental in raising in excess of US$450 million to develop UraMin’s uranium projects and ultimately led to the sale of the company. In mid-2007, when Areva acquired UraMin for US$2.5 billion, Iain was retained as Managing Director to ensure that UraMin’s proven entrepreneurial approach was carried through into the new entity.
In early 2008, he left Areva to investigate a number of opportunities in the West and Central African mining sector, including what eventually became Elemental Mineral’s Sintoukola project. From late 2009 to July 2014, he was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Elemental, leading Elemental’s TSX IPO and building the team that took the project through exploration into project development and raising the finance to support the successful fast-track project strategy. This included setting up the in-country corporate structure with associated agreements, conventions, tax regime, etc.
In 2013 he founded Madini Minerals with a team of experienced mining professionals to build a new, multi-commodity mining business focussing on near term mining projects in need of capital and strong operational and corporate management. Current Madini focus on is on projects in DRC and Zimbabwe, leveraging strong local relationships and structures.
In early 2021, he was appointed as MD & CEO of Lole Mining Ltd (now renamed Tolu Minerals Ltd.), focussed on the acquisition and development of high value gold assets in PNG. He led the acquisition and permitting of the company’s projects, raising significant pre-IPO seed finance and led the IPO of Tolu Minerals on the Australian Securities Exchange completed in Q3.
Throughout his career Iain has been involved from time to time with distressed operations, but in particular, over the last 2 decades has focussed largely on restarts and distressed turnarounds.

Mr Dorward also previously served as CFO of ASX and TSX-listed gold company Mineral Deposits Limited and ASX-listed gold producer Leviathan Resources Limited, and was a senior executive with ASX-listed gold and nickel producer MPI Mines Limited.

Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies. Most recently in 2018 Mr. Bee concluded a third term with Barrick Gold as Senior VP Frontera District in Chile and Argentina to advance Pascua Lama feasibility as an underground mine. This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.
With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. By this time Mr. Bee had been appointed to the boards of Peregrine Metals and later Stillwater Mining and Jaguar Mining. In 2014, he also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Mining, operating mines in Brazil, as the company emerged from a financial restructuring process.

Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014 and was Managing Director at Aguia Resources Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 13 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.
Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.
Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.
