Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Mining Corp. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.

Martin is a qualified mining engineer with 25 years in multiple areas of the mining industry. In his career he has shown a strong strategic and operating acumen as well as demonstrating a longstanding commitment to environmental and social responsibility within mining, which is central to Centamin’s decision-making and corporate strategy.

From 2009 to 2019 Martin was the Co-Founder and CEO of Toro Gold Ltd (“Toro”), where he oversaw the discovery, development and operation of the Mako Gold Mine in Senegal. Toro was acquired by LSE and ASX listed Resolute Mining in August 2019. Prior to founding Toro, Martin was Executive Director of BDI Mining, an AIM listed diamond producer, and from 2000 to 2006 he worked in mining finance at Barclays Capital in London, where his responsibilities included technical appraisal and advisory services across Africa and the Middle East. He also held consulting engineer roles with SRK Ltd and started his career as a mining engineer with Gold Fields of South Africa.

Mr Jeff Quartermaine is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Perseus Mining Limited, a mid-tier ASX/TSX listed gold mining company, headquartered in Perth, Australia. Jeff has more than 35 years’ experience at board and senior management level with ASX and TSX-listed resources companies involved in gold and base metals exploration, development and mining in Australia and several developing countries including Sudan, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, PNG, Philippines and Chile. He holds both post graduate business management (MBA) and undergraduate engineering (BE) qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA).

Greg Smith was appointed CEO and a Director of Equinox Gold on September 1, 2022. Mr. Smith had been President of Equinox Gold since March 2017, when JDL Gold merged with Luna Gold, and helped to lead the team through four mergers and an asset acquisition to grow the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer. Prior to his role as CEO of JDL Gold, he held the roles of CEO and founder of Anthem United, President and CEO of Esperanza Resources prior to its sale to Alamos Gold, and CFO of Minefinders Corporation prior to its sale to Pan American Silver. Previously Mr. Smith has held management positions at both Goldcorp and the mining division of KPMG LLP, and he also acted as a director of Premier Royalty prior to its sale to Sandstorm Gold. Currently Mr. Smith is a director of i-80 Gold, and is chair of Sandbox Royalties. Greg is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

Mitchell J. Krebs
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mitchell J. Krebs was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Coeur Mining in July 2011, which is one of the 3,000 largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. (CDE:NYSE) Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mr. Krebs served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 2008 to July 2011; Treasurer from July 2008 to March 2010; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development from May 2006 to March 2008; and Vice President, Corporate Development from February 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Krebs first joined Coeur in August 1995 as Manager of Acquisitions after working as an investment banking analyst for PaineWebber Inc. in its Mergers & Acquisitions group.
During his tenure with Coeur Mining, Mr. Krebs has been responsible for dozens of acquisitions and divestitures of private and public entities both domestically and internationally and has overseen numerous private and public financings involving all aspects of the capital structure totaling nearly three billion dollars. Since becoming CEO, Mr. Krebs has led an organizational relocation including a reconstitution of the board and overhaul of the senior management team, all of which has contributed to industry leading growth, ESG leadership, and the country’s best safety record among metals mining companies. Mr. Krebs recently led the Company through a $725 million expansion of its Rochester operation in Nevada, which will now be America’s largest source of domestically produced silver and one of the world’s largest operations of its kind.
Mr. Krebs is a seasoned leader in the mining industry, recognized for his strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and his commitment to sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Coeur Mining has become a prominent player in the global mining sector, and he has guided the company through challenging market conditions and evolving industry dynamics. Mr. Krebs serves as the current Chairman of The National Mining Association, which represents nearly 300 companies, and he led the creation of its ESG Task Force in 2020. Mr. Krebs also served on the Board of Kansas City Southern Railway Company (NYSE:KSU) (Audit Committee; Finance and Strategic Investments Committee), culminating in the $31 billion acquisition by Canadian Pacific (NYSE:CP) that closed last year. Mr. Krebs is a past President of The Silver Institute where he remains on the Board and serves on the Executive Committee. Mr. Krebs also serves on the board of Big Shoulders Fund, which provides support to inner-city schools to provide a quality, values-based education for Chicago’s children.
Mr. Krebs holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1993) and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University (1999). He grew up in rural Iowa and lives in Chicago with his wife Debby and their three young children.

Renaud Adams has over 30 years of global mining experience in senior executive positions and operations. Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where he led the strategic repositioning of the company and turnaround of its operations. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams' time at Richmont Mines, production at the company's principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD's Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Clive Johnson has served as a Founding Director and the President of B2Gold since December 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2007. Mr. Johnson oversees our long-term strategy and development and leads the executive team of B2Gold. Previously, Mr. Johnson was involved with Bema Gold and its predecessor companies since 1977. Mr. Johnson was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bema after it was created by the amalgamation of three Bema group companies in 1988. He was a driving force in Bema’s transition from a junior exploration company to an international intermediate gold producer. Mr. Johnson received the 2004 Viola MacMillan Developer’s Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and in 2013 he received the Pacific Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Mining and Metals.

Ian Cockerill was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour in January 2024, having joined the Board as Senior Independent Director in 2022 and been Deputy Chair since September 2023. He has nearly 50 years of experience in the global natural resources industry, having previously been Chief Executive Officer at Gold Fields Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer at AngloCoal, a subsidiary of the Anglo American group.

Mr Cockerill was the former Chair of the BlackRock World Mining Trust and also of Polymetal Plc. He was the former lead independent director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd and a non-executive director of Orica Ltd. He is associated with two private businesses as the non-executive Chair of Cornish Lithium, and a non-executive director of I-Pulse Ltd.

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology from London University, an MSc in Mineral Production management from the Royal School of Mines and the AMP from Templeton College Oxford.

Mr. Conway was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Mining on 1 January 2023. His previous positions at Evolution Mining Limited was Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer (1 August 2014) and before that a Non-executive Director.

Mr. Conway has more than 33 years’ experience in the resources sector across a diverse range of commercial, financial, and operational activities. He has held a mix of corporate, operational, and commercial roles within Australia, Papua New Guinea and Chile with Newcrest and prior to that with BHP Billiton.

His position immediately prior to joining Evolution was that of Executive General Manager – Commercial and West Africa with Newcrest Mining where he was responsible for Newcrest’s group Supply and Logistics, Marketing, Information Technology and Laboratory functions as well as Newcrest’s business in West Africa. Most recently, Mr Conway served as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee for Aurelia Metals Limited until his retirement effective 31 August 2022.

Mr. Conway is Deputy Chair of the NSW Australia Minerals Council.

Ron has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hochstein has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lundin Gold, Mr. Hochstein served as President and CEO of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX, NYSE MKT) for seven years, having joined a predecessor company to Denison in 1999. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and worked at Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and was instrumental in the acquisition of Fruta del Norte.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.

George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Colin has over 10 years of experience working on and managing exploration and mining projects across several North and South American jurisdictions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration alongside a first-class Bachelors and a Masters degrees in Geology. Prior to joining Founders as CEO, he was a Senior Geologist at Benchmark Metals and Thesis Gold.

André Labuschagne is an experienced mining executive with a career spanning more than 30 years, primarily in the gold industry.

He has held various executive roles in South Africa, PNG, Fiji and Australia for a number of leading gold companies, including Emperor Gold Mines, DRD Gold and AngloGold Ashanti. Previously as the Managing Director of ASX-listed gold company Norton Gold Fields Limited, Mr Labuschagne led the company’s growth to become a significant Australian gold producer, prior to its sale to a major Chinese gold company in 2012.

Mr Labuschagne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Potchefstroom University in South Africa.

Sandeep Singh joined Western Copper and Gold as CEO in February 2024. He was previously the President and CEO of Osisko Gold Royalties where he led a successful turnaround of the company resulting in significant relative outperformance. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker focusing on the North American metals and mining sector with BMO Capital Markets, Dundee Securities, and ultimately co-founding Maxit Capital, a leading independent M&A firm.

Mick McMullen, Metals Acquisition Limited’s CEO, brings more than 29 years of senior leadership experience in the exploration, financing, development, and operations of mining companies globally.

Mick most recently served as the CEO and President at Detour Gold Corporation, a 600,000 ounce per annum gold producer in Canada from May 2019 to January 2020. During his tenure, Mick took the market capitalization from C$2.1 billion to C$4.9 billion over 7 months, which represented an internal rate of return of 208%, leading to the acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. in 2020.

Prior to Detour, Mr. McMullen served as CEO at Stillwater Mining Company (“Stillwater”) from December 2013 to May 2017 and as Technical Advisor from May 2017 to December 2018, where he was instrumental to the increase in market capitalization from US$1.3 billion to US$2.2 billion against a 10% fall in platinum group metals (“PGM”) prices over the same time.

Mick’s time before Stillwater involved the identification, acquisition, development, and operation of a variety of mining assets across North and South America, Europe, Australia and Africa. These ranged from gold to base metals and bulk commodities. In addition, he has provided technical and financial advisory services to many of the larger PE funds, activist funds, and banks providing mining finance.

Mick is a qualified Geologist and received his B.Sc. from Newcastle University in 1992.

Dr. Wodzicki has a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and corporate management. Exploration teams led by Dr. Wodzicki are responsible for several significant discoveries in the Vicuña district including Los Helados, Josemaria, Filo del Sol, and most recently NGEx Minerals’ Lunahuasi deposit. Dr. Wodzicki has worked for the Lundin Group since 2007 and was previously CEO of Josemaria Resources and Filo Corp.

EUGENE LEI
Chief Financial Officer

Eugene was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2022, providing strategic financial and capital markets leadership at Hudbay. His responsibilities include financial reporting, investor relations, financial planning and treasury. Since joining Hudbay in 2012, Eugene has progressed through several senior management roles and executive responsibilities, and was most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. Eugene has over 20 years of global mining investment banking, finance and corporate development experience. Prior to joining Hudbay, Eugene was Managing Director, Mining at Macquarie Capital Markets, acting as an advisor on numerous global mining transactions and structuring equity and debt capital markets financings. Eugene holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. In 2015, Eugene received the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum’s CIM-Bedford Canadian Young (under 40) Mining Leaders Award.

Mr. Gignac has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry. His expertise includes managing project development studies, providing open-pit expertise, financial modeling, and economic evaluation of projects. He has coordinated many mandates with numerous major mining companies ranging from early exploration evaluations to operations optimization involving all fields of mining and geology. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (“OIQ”) and the Canadian Institute of Mining (“CIM”). He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University and a Master’s degree of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Gignac also serves as a director of Major Drilling Group International.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 25 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations. Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, and is a Certified Director from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.

Jody serves as a Director of Torex Gold, The Mosaic Company, and the World Gold Council. She also sits on the Canadian Council of Women CEOs and is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 27 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey’s Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Simpson holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Physics from Dalhousie University.

Darren Hall has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry with a track record of increasing production, reducing costs, improving capital effectiveness, and promoting health, safety and business excellence. Mr.Hall has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold, which acquired Newmarket Gold, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Newmarket Gold, Mr.Hall worked for Newmont Mining Corporation where he held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the organization for almost 30 years. Mr.Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons) from the Western Australia School of Mines in Kalgoorlie

Eduardo Landin became CEO of Hochschild Mining PLC in August 2023. Prior to that, he served as COO of the Company from March 2013. He joined the Company in January 2008 as General Manager of Argentinian operations. In 2011, he became General Manager of Projects with direct responsibility for the development of the Inmaculada and Crespo Advanced Projects. Before joining the Company, Mr. Landin held the position of Corporate Development Manager at Cementos Pacasmayo, an associate company of the Hochschild Group and prior to that, served in the Government of Peru's Ministry of Energy and Mines and worked for Repsol S.A. in England, Spain and Peru for over 10 years. Mr. Landin is a British Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds a B.Eng (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and an Executive MBA from the Universidad de Piura, Peru. He is also a Fellow of the British Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, Mr. Woodyer led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In 2016 Mr. Woodyer was a founder and CEO of Leagold Mining which developed gold mines in Mexico and Brazil. In early 2020, after Leagold merged with Equinox Gold and he, along with other team members and number of mining entrepreneurs, created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to again follow the strategies that Endeavour and Leagold proved to be successful.

Jo Battershill commenced as CEO/MD of Silver Mines Limited at the start of 2024.

Prior to joining Silver Mines, Jo has had a highly-successful career spanning almost 30 years in mining, business development and finance both in Australia and internationally. Jo's previous experience includes the Managing Director role at AIM listed Anglesey Mining plc, Managing Director of Canaccord in London - running the sales and distribution of Australian equities into the UK and Europe markets, Executive Director at UBS in both London and Sydney and a VP role with Citigroup in Sydney. Prior to moving into the equity markets and financial services industry, Jo spent 10 year with WMC Resources in various operational and business development roles within the Nickel Business Unit.

Mr Strelein is a highly experienced mining executive with extensive global experience in leadership roles across a number of mining jurisdictions including Australia, Indonesia, Africa and North America. Mr Strelein joined St Barbara as Chief Development Officer in August 2021 and was instrumental in the acquisition of Bardoc Gold and the sale of the Leonora assets to Genesis Minerals. Prior to joining St Barbara, Mr Strelein was Chief Executive Officer of the entity progressing development planning and permitting of the Nimba Iron Ore Project in West Africa. Before that Mr Strelein worked at Newmont as Group Executive Corporate Development and in a Group Executive role for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in his career with Newmont and Normandy, Mr Strelein was accountable for joint venture interests in Boddington, KCGM, Goldfields Power and reclamation works at Kaltails.

Mr. Bourchier is a registered professional engineer with over 33 years of domestic and international experience in the mining industry. His breadth of experience includes both operational field management and executive corporate oversight leadership. His public company and inter-company Board governance experience is further complemented by his McMaster University accredited Chartered Director Certification. Mr. Bourchier was previously President, CEO and a director of Harte Gold Corp. from late 2020 to early 2022 and Chief Operating Officer of Detour Gold for two years from 2018 to 2019. For six years from 2012 to 2017, Mr. Bourchier held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Nevsun Resources. Preceding this successful tenure, Mr. Bourchier was an operational Executive for two years at Wheaton Precious Metals (formerly Silver Wheaton). For the first 16 years of his career, he worked at Placer Dome (subsequently Barrick Gold) where he held positions of increasing responsibility concluding as Mining Manager and then General Manager at the Porgera open pit gold mine in PNG. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Bourchier also serves on the board of Treasury Metals since August 2020.

Michael Hudson is the Managing Director of Southern Cross Gold, a natural resources company engaged in the exploration of precious and critical metals in the Melbourne Zone of central Victoria.

He is an explorationist, geologist and entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a B.Sc. (Hons 1st) in Geology and immediately started working underground at Broken Hill and then as an exploration geologist around the world with Pasminco for 10 years.

Moving to the junior markets +20 years ago, he has developed and raised more than US$200m for mineral exploration properties on four continents and co-founded seven junior exploration companies. Over the last 15 years he has focussed on precious and critical metals and has been involved with numerous discoveries of various commodities, many which are now mines or advanced assets.

He currently sits on the board of junior explorers and developers across four stock exchanges (TSX, TSXV, CSE and ASX) and is passionate about the science of mineral discovery and the teamwork, rigour and persistence required.

He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr Champion de Crespigny is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in capital markets, financing and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the mining sector. His past experience includes roles as a director of London based mining finance group, Cutfield Freeman & Co and with Sydney based private equity group, EMR Capital.

Mr Lawson is a geologist with extensive exploration, mining and operational management experience. Mr Lawson is a turnaround specialist applying over 2 decades in successful ASX-listed mining companies to rejuvenate mining assets through specific focus on under-explored areas, overlooked geological concepts and financial discipline.

Matthew Gili is a Professional Mining Engineer with experience spanning Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and General Manager roles. His deep technical experience included previously being Executive General Manager -Cortez District, leading one of Barrick’s top mining operations in Nevada, following which Matt was promoted to Chief Technical Officer for Barrick Gold Corporation. Additional operational experience included roles with Rio Tinto as the Managing Director of the Palabora Mining Company in South Africa and Chief Operating Officer of Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia. Most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Copper Corporation, Mr. Gili leveraged his broad experience in leading a publicly listed mining corporation. Passionate about Safety & Environmental Stewardship Mr. Gili was previously Chairman of the Palabora Foundation, Chairman of Mongolian Safety Association (MISA), and is currently on the Management Advisory Board of the University of Nevada – Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering.

Scott Berdahl, MSc, MBA, P.Geo
Director, CEO, Co-Founder

Scott is a professional geologist with over 15 years’ industry experience. Born and raised in Canada’s Yukon Territory and based in Whitehorse, he brings a strong technical grounding to discovery-stage exploration alongside in-depth local knowledge. He has business development experience with several private and listed exploration companies focused on gold and base metals. He studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning two degrees including a BSc in Geology, and he went on to gain his MSc in Earth Science & Engineering from KAUST in Saudi Arabia and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.

Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Before his most recent role at B2Gold Corp, Mr. Reichert was the General Manager at their Fekola Mine in Mali where he was part of the development team and led the transition from development into operations. He started his career with Cominco in Canada working at various operations including the Snip Mine. He then embarked on international work with Bema Gold, Oriel Resources, and other junior companies in executive roles where he was responsible for various development projects and mining operations. Randy has led construction or development projects in Russia, Brazil, Nevada, and Kazakhstan and was General Manager during the development of the Kupol Mine in Russia with Bema Gold and subsequently Kinross. He also has experience as a consultant assisting with due diligence for mine financings for Canadian financial groups. Mr. Reichert has a BASc in Mining and Mineral Processing, an MScEng in Rock Mechanics, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a Professional Engineer.

Jon Cherry was appointed President and CEO of Perpetua Resources and joined the Board effective March 14, 2024. Mr. Cherry joins Perpetua Resources with over 33 years of extensive mining industry experience including permitting, capital raising, project development, joint venture formation and operations. He most recently served as President, and CEO of PolyMet Mining Company ("PolyMet”). During his tenure at PolyMet, the NorthMet project received the highest rating the Environmental Protection Agency has ever given to a mining project. Additionally, Mr. Cherry played a leading role in negotiating a joint venture with Teck Resources prior to PolyMet’s sale to Glencore. Mr. Cherry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana Technological University. He is a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration, has served on the Board of Trustees for the American Mining and Exploration Association, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Mr. Awde is the Co-Founder President, CEO and Director of Dakota Gold Corp. Previously Mr. Awde was the Co-founder, Director and past CEO and President of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. As CEO/President of Gold Standard, from July 2010 through December 2020 Mr. Awde oversaw all corporate development, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising and the procurement of capital for the development of Gold Standard's assets.
Mr. Awde spent the last 20 years raising financing for various junior resource companies in some of the most challenging market environments. Focusing on institutional accounts, high net worth and family offices, he has successfully raised close to $700 million for public and private companies in the natural resources sector.

Mr. Morales is founder of Andean Precious Metals and has over 30 years of experience specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He has participated individually in other private equity and venture capital projects as co-developer, investor and/or advisor in various sectors, including mining, alternative energy, telecommunications, aviation, tourism, financial services and asset management. Additionally, he has participated in the planning, formation, development and consolidating stages of various start-up business ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Monterrey and a Master of Compared Law from the New York University School of Law, and was admitted to practice law in Mexico in 1985 and in the State of New York in 1989.

Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. (now Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.) where he gained the experience that he needed to make Sandstorm a reality and a success. During his time there, Nolan developed the silver streaming business model and helped raise more than US$1 billion in debt and equity to fund the company’s growth.

Nolan is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (Valedictorian). He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.

Nolan’s professional and charitable achievements are not without their honours either. He was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, awarded CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2014, Nolan was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also the President of Nations Cry, a charity focused on education-based development in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Mr. Attew is a mining industry veteran who has dedicated more than 25 years to the mining sector. Prior to starting in his role as President & CEO of Osisko Gold Royalties, Jason had previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Liberty Gold Corp and Gold Standard Ventures Corp as well was the Chief Financial Officer at Goldcorp Inc. where, in addition to leading the finance and investor relations operations, he was responsible for Goldcorp’s corporate development and strategy culminating in the US$32 billion merger with Newmont Corporation.

Mr. Attew has extensive international capital markets experience from his time in investment banking with the BMO Global Metals and Mining Group where he was at the forefront of structuring and raising significant growth capital as well as advising on both formative and transformational mergers and acquisitions for corporations that have become industry leaders over the past two decades. Jason is also on the board of directors of Evolution Mining. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration, Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), University of British Columbia.

Sheldon is a founding member of the Triple Flag management team, with more than 25 years of experience in the mining sector. As a key member of the senior management team, he has been an integral part of building Triple Flag’s portfolio over the past eight years, starting with our first investment, the Cerro Lindo silver stream. Sheldon assumed his current role as Chief Financial Officer in 2019, where he was key to helping deliver our successful $264 million initial public offering in 2021. Before joining Triple Flag, he was Assistant General Counsel at First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and Senior Director, Legal Affairs at Inmet Mining Corporation. Prior to joining Inmet, he was a corporate partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto, Canada where he acted for mining clients on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions. Prior to starting his corporate practice, Sheldon began his legal career practicing tax law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.

Sheldon holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario (Gold Medalist) and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University, both in Canada. Prior to attending law school, Sheldon was a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Heissenbuttel has more than 35 years of corporate finance experience, including almost 30 years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. Mr. Heissenbuttel was appointed our President and Chief Executive Officer and a Class I director, effective January 2020. Previously, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Strategy from June 2018 to January 2020, Vice President Corporate Development from 2007 to June 2018, Vice President Operations from 2015 to June 2016, and Manager Corporate Development from 2006 to 2007.

Prior to joining Royal Gold, Mr. Heissenbuttel served as Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2006 and Vice President from 1999 to 2000 at N M Rothschild & Sons (Denver) Inc. From 1994 to 1999, he served as Vice President and then Group Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. From 1987 to 1994, he was a Senior Credit Analyst and an Associate at Chemical Bank Manufacturers Hanover.

Mr. Heissenbuttel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Brink served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Franco-Nevada from May 2018 to May 2020. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its initial public offering in 2007 and successfully led its business development activities as SVP, Business Development from 2008 until his promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Mr. Brink is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.

Randy Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and is currently the company’s President & CEO and a director. Before being appointed President in January 2010 and then CEO in April 2011, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focused on growing the company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities.
Prior to Wheaton Precious Metals, Mr. Smallwood was the Director of Project Development at Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp (since merged with Newmont) into one of the largest, and more importantly, one of the most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton Precious Metals.
Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the boards of several resource companies including Defiance Silver (formerly ValOro Resources and Geologix Explorations), Ventana Gold, Castle Peak Resources and Tigray Resources.
He is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations including Special Olympics BC, MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously served on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation as well as Chair of the World Gold Council from 2020 to 2023.
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award.

Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Mr Alvídrez joined the Peñoles Group in August 1988, since then he has held a number of senior operational and financial positions across Peñoles and Fresnillo, including that of Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations in London and Head of Procurement. Mr Alvídrez is a director of the Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources of the University of Arizona, a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber and a Vice-president of the Advisory Board of the School of Mines of the University of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Catherine “Cassie” J. Boggs

Catherine “Cassie” J. Boggs was named by the Hecla Board of Directors to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer effective May 23, 2024. She was elected as the first woman Chair of the Hecla Board in 2022 and was appointed to the Board in 2017. Until her retirement in February 2019, Ms. Boggs served as the General Counsel at Resource Capital Funds from January 2011 to 2019. Since November 2019, she has been serving as an International Expert in mining with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. She was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Barrick Gold Corporation from January 2009 to December 2010 and Vice President from July 2005 to 2008. Ms. Boggs was also an international partner at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie from July 2001 to July 2005. She has over 40 years of experience as a mining and natural resources lawyer with experience in domestic and international mining projects.

Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG in October 2013. Formerly, Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines, Chief Operating Officer of Silver Standard Resources Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa, among many operational and project development roles with Placer Dome. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Mr. Fier is a Certified Professional Geologist (USA) and Engineer (Canada) with over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in Guyana, Chile, Brazil, Central America, Mexico and Peru.. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management. Mr. Fier previously worked as Chief Geologist with Pegasus Gold Corp., Senior Engineer & Manager with Newmont Mining Corp. and Project Manager with Eldorado Gold Corp. and is also currently the Chief Operating Officer of Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource”). Prior to the formation of SilverCrest Metals he was a co-founder and COO of SilverCrest Mines Inc. ("SilverCrest Mines"), which was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp in October, 2015. He was largely responsible for the successful implementation of a systematic and responsible “phased approach” business model, that built the Santa Elena project into a successful and profitable mine.

Benoit La Salle was appointed President & CEO of Aya Gold & Silver in April 2020, bringing with him over 25 years experience in developing and operating responsible mining companies in West Africa based on community empowerment. In 1995, Mr. La Salle founded Canadian-based SEMAFO Inc., which grew from a junior explorer to a 250,000+ ounce per year producer in West Africa and established SEMAFO Foundation in 2008 to support its local communities. Since 2010, he has held board positions at six public companies in addition to founding three West African-focused exploration companies and one privately held power producer. An active contributor to the non-profit sector, Mr. La Salle is a former board director and chair of Plan International Canada and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Canadian Council on Africa since 2013.

Jim Beyer
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Regis Resources

Jim Beyer has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Regis since October 2018.

Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing more than 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore.

Prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of ASX listed Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX).

Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree, a Master of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and is President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) Executive Council.

Paul is a qualified metallurgist with extensive development and operating experience gained over a career of over 20 years in the mining industry. During this time, Paul has held operational, technical, and executive leadership roles in Australian and Canadian Listed companies, developing projects in Africa, Australia, and Canada. Paul joined Capricorn in May 2024 as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.

Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 30 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.

He joined Ramelius as Chief Operating Officer in March 2012, took up the reins as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in July of 2015.

Len is a Mining Executive with over 20 years’ experience in the resources and finance sectors. He has held senior roles within global mining companies and investment banks, including Macquarie, Equinox Minerals and Silver Lake Resources. At Silver Lake, he was instrumental in multiple successful transactions, including the acquisition of Doray Minerals, and most recently the merger of equals with Red 5 that was completed in June this year.

Len has joined the merged entity as a key part of the refreshed Red 5 executive management team, where he will play a significant role in the integration of these two businesses, as well as looking toward the next step in the company’s growth.

Luke is a mining engineer with over 20 years experience working for both contracting and mining companies at projects throughout Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Ora Banda Mining as Managing Director, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Northern Star Resources Limited. Prior to becoming COO in 2018, Mr Creagh held various senior positions within Northern Star, including GM Business Development, GM Strategy & Grown and Operations Manager. Before Northern Star, he was the Operations Manager at Barminco Limited.

Matt Nixon is a qualified mining engineer with more than 14 years’ experience in operational, technical and executive roles in successful underground and open pit operations across multiple commodities. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of NSW, a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has previously held senior roles at numerous WA gold operations, including St Barbara Ltd.’s (ASX: SBM) Gwalia and Northern Star Ltd.’s (ASX: NST) flagship Jundee Operations, as well as serving as Chief Executive of Labyrinth Resources (ASX:LRL) between February 2021 and June 2023 where he led LRL through a transformational period of portfolio evaluation, administrative rectification, project acquisition, Company rebranding and strategic reset.

Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Lewins has successfully managed the development of a number of open pit and underground gold, precious and base metal mines from feasibility study through to profitable operations.

Mr. Lewins has operated extensively at the corporate level in various roles from Executive General Manager to Director and Chief Executive Officer with a number of other mining companies, including MIM Holdings, First Dynasty Mines, Platinum Australia and African Thunder Platinum.

Mr. Lewins received his National Diploma for Technicians (Extractive Metallurgy) from Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from University of Leeds, England and a Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Queensland.

John Lewins is Chair of the K92 Health and Safety Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee.

Mr Bramwell is a metallurgist, mineral economist and experienced company director with extensive project and corporate development expertise across precious and base metal companies spanning nearly three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

B.Eng (Mining), MACID, FAusIMM
Mr. Jardine is a senior mining executive with direct experience growing resource companies from early stage exploration through to multi-operation entities. This includes taking projects through feasibility studies, equity funding, debt financing, project development and operations.

Commodity experience includes precious metals, base metals and bulk commodities across underground and open pit operations. Processing methods utilised at these projects and operations include CIP/CIL, DMS, sulphide flotation, BIOX, pressure oxidation and SX/EW. Projects developed have received Australian State and Federal recognition for environmental best practice and health and safety and human resources systems.

Mr. Stralow is a mining engineering graduate from the Western Australian School of Mines with over 20 years’ industry experience, predominantly in hard rock underground mining. He joined Bellevue two and a half years ago and has overseen the transition from explorer, to developer, and now to producer - with one of Western Australia’s newest, large scale, high-grade, underground mining operations. He has extensive experience in strategy development and execution, building and operating modern underground mining operations, business integration and transformation, and building high performing teams.

+10 years professional expertise in the mining industry, specializing in exploration and business development for various public and private enterprises throughout the Americas. He previously held the position of Chief Geologist at Benchmark Metals.

Mr. Still is an experienced mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience including working for major gold miners such as Newmont, Goldcorp, Placer Dome, Kinross Gold, and Agnico Eagle. He has worked within Canada and internationally in a variety of leadership roles including corporate and project development, and mine operations. Mr. Still has spent over ten years in corporate development having formerly served as Director, Corporate Development with Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp), and most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for GoldMining. Mr. Still graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class, Honours) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science (structural geology) from Queen’s University.

Mike Westerlund is a seasoned investor relations executive with 20 years' experience in the North American metals and mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Westerlund was Vice President, Investor Relations with Hecla Mining Company, a US$3 billion NYSE-listed precious metals company with five operating mines in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, where he directed the investor relations department for eight years. Previously, Mr. Westerlund worked with a series of mineral exploration and mining firms with development stage and operating assets throughout North America.

Darren is a geologist with 26 years’ experience having previously held senior positions in global majors including Barrick Gold, Newmont and Northern Star Resources. He has had extensive gold industry experience in Australia and North America spanning regional and near mine exploration, operational geology, long-term planning and corporate development.

Darren has a strong track record of discovery and delivering Resource growth during his time working at world-class deposits such as the Golden Mile Kalgoorlie (KCGM), Callie (Newmont), Kundana, Kanowna Belle (Northern Star / Barrick) and the Pogo deposit in Alaska (Northern Star).

Darren spent 6 years as part of the Business Development team at Northern Star Resources that completed significant M&A transactions that have seen the company transform from a junior into a global gold company.

Michael Konnert is a mining entrepreneur with deep expertise in deal-making, financing, team leadership and strategic corporate development. As the Founder, President, Director and CEO of Vizsla Silver Corp. (NYSE:VZLA), he has successfully led the company in consolidating one of Mexico’s highest-grade silver and gold districts, positioning it to develop one of the world’s largest single-asset silver producers. He is also co-founder and Managing Partner of Inventa Capital, a natural resource incubator company dedicated to acquiring and developing assets in the natural resource sector. Since its founding in 2017, Inventa has raised over C$800M in capital, focusing on discovering emerging opportunities in the industry.

In 2017, Michael co-founded CobaltOne Energy Corp, a battery metal exploration company, which he successfully led to acquisition by Blackstone Minerals (ASX: BSX). He also serves as Executive Chairman of Vizsla Royalties and holds board positions at Vizsla Copper (TSX-V: VCU) and Summa Silver (CSE: SSVR). Michael's career is marked by his strategic vision, commitment to sustainable development, and innovative approach to the mining industry.

Mr. Makuch has over 35 years of mining+ industry experience and was most recently President, CEO and Director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd ("Kirkland"). During his five-year tenure as CEO of Kirkland, Mr. Makuch led the transformation of the company, with annual gold production increasing from 315,000 oz to over 1,400,000 oz, the market capitalization of the company increasing from approximately C$1 billion to over C$13 billion and Kirkland's share price increasing over 530%. These milestones were achieved on the back of two successful acquisitions, industry-leading operational performance and significant exploration success and ultimately culminated in Kirkland's merger with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in 2022.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Mr. Makuch was President and CEO at Lake Shore Gold Inc., from 2008 until its acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc. in 2016, when he became the Executive Vice-President and President of Canadian Operations. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to 2005 he held progressively senior positions with Dynatec Corporation, including VP Operations. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Makuch worked with Kinross Gold Corporation at a number of their North American operations. Mr. Makuch is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo (Ontario), and both a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Queen´s University (Ontario) and has obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.

Mr. Herald has been a director of Solitario since August 1992. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer since June 1999 and President since August 1993. Mr. Herald also served as a director of Crown since April 1989, as Chief Executive Officer of Crown since June of 1999, President of Crown since November 1990 and was Executive Vice President of Crown from January 1990 to November 1990. Prior to joining Crown, Mr. Herald was a Senior Geologist with Echo Bay Mines and Anaconda Minerals. Mr. Herald currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Viva Gold Corp. Mr. Herald received a M.S. in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr Azevedo has a BSc in Geology from Rio de Janeiro State University, a Law Degree from Candido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro and a Post Graduate Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro. He is a resource industry professional with over 30 years of international experience and is specialized in the Brazilian Mining Code.

Mr Azevedo is the founder of FFA Legal Ltda, a law firm located in Rio de Janeiro. FFA Legal Ltda was established to focus on assisting natural resource companies, including environmental licensing support, management of land and mineral rights, accounting, financial reporting, HR and other administrative activities.

Mr Azevedo began his career working for Western Mining Corp., Barrick Gold Corp. and Harsco Corp. Mr Azevedo has built a strong track record originating and vending projects that became mine operations. He has been Founder, Executive and Non-Executive Director of numerous private and public exploration, development and mining companies across the commodity complex in Brazil, including ASX listed Avanco Resources (sold to ASX listed Oz Minerals in 2018), TSX listed Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (sold to B&A Mineração S.A.in 2013) and TSX listed Talon Metals Corp. He is currently a Director of TSX/LSE listed Serabi Gold PLC, AIM listed Harvest Minerals Ltd and AIM listed Jangada Mines PLC.

Mr Azevedo co-founded Avanco Resources Ltd in 2007 and was responsible for assembling the company’s property package in the Carajás Mineral Province of Brazil. Avanco explored, discovered, permitted, constructed and operated the only new copper mine in the Carajás not owned by VALE S.A. Avanco was acquired by Oz Minerals Ltd for a 120% premium (~A$418 million) in 2018.

Mr Azevedo has also been an active spokesperson and advocate for the Brazilian mining sector and works closely with the highest levels of all branches of the Brazilian Federal Government. He founded, and is CEO, of the Brazilian Mining Prospectors Association (ABPM), a non for profit Brazilian mining advocacy organization. In 2019, he was appointed Vice President of the newly formed Mining Council of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry (CNI) the main non for profit lobbying organization in Brazil that aims to increase competitiveness of Brazilian industry by influencing the policy environment. CNI engages in active policy dialogue with the Brazilian Congress, Federal Government and the Judiciary. It has 27 federations that incorporate over 1,250 unions and 350,000 companies.

Mr Azevedo was nominated National Explorer of the Year in 2017 and was also highlighted as one of the three most prestigious miners in Brazil in 2019 by the Global Mining Observer.

Mr Azevedo is a Brazilian National and resident and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Mr. Vizquerra is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director of O3 Mining Inc. (“O3 Mining”). Prior to his appointment at O3 Mining, Mr. Vizquerra was Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko Mining”). Mr. Vizquerra joined Osisko Mining from Oban Mining Corporation (“Oban”), where, as President and Chief Executive Officer, he played a leading role in the combination of Oban, Corona Gold Corporation, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, and Ryan Gold Corporation to form Osisko Mining. Through ambitious drilling and prudent capital raising, Osisko Mining has become the highly valued proponent of the world-class Windfall gold project. Before that, Mr. Vizquerra was Head of Business Development for Compañia de Minas Buenaventura. Previously, he was a production and exploration geologist at the Red Lake gold mine in Ontario.

Mr. Vizquerra currently serves as a director of Osisko Mining and Silver Mountain Resources. The Young Mining Professionals recognized Mr. Vizquerra as one of their Young Mining Professionals of the year with the 2019 Peter Munk Award.

Mr. Vizquerra is an alumni of the General Management Program at the Wharton School of Business. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from Queens University and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from UPC Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Mr. Vizquerra is a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101.

Jon Gilligan - President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Jonathan Gilligan is a senior mining executive with over 35-years of multi-commodity, international experience across technical services, capital projects, open pit mine construction and operations. Prior to joining Liberty Gold, he held senior technical and projects roles with both Torex Gold Resources Inc., SSR Mining Inc., and BHP. Dr. Gilligan has been instrumental in advancing many mining operations around the world including the Marigold open-pit heap leach operation, Nevada, USA; Chinchillas open pit mine, Argentina; Olympic Dam Expansion Project, South Australia; Escondida Mine, Chile; Escondida Norte open pit copper mine, Chile, and many more.

Dr. Gilligan holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from University College London, UK and obtained a Ph.D. in gold mineralization in Archean rocks from the University of Southampton, UK.

Dr Andrew Stewart is an exploration geologist with over decades’ experience in mineral exploration; primarily focused on project generation, project evaluation and exploration strategy development throughout Asia and Eastern Europe. Andrew has particular expertise in porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold deposits but has worked across a diverse range of commodities. Andrew has previously worked for Ivanhoe Mines and Vale, and during this time Andrew held various technical and management positions in Mongolia and Indonesia and has been involved in several green-fields’ discoveries. Andrew identified Xanadu’s flagship project, the Kharmagtai copper gold project and now leads the Exploration team for both its existing project portfolio and project generation in Mongolia, as well as surrounding regions. Andrew is a member of the Safety, Health and Environment Committee.

Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) from Macquarie University and a PhD from the Centre of Ore Deposits and Exploration Studies at the University of Tasmania. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Alberto Calderon was appointed CEO of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd effective 1 September 2021. Mr Calderon has more than two decades of global executive leadership experience across the mining, petroleum, and energy sectors. Before joining AngloGold Ashanti, he was CEO of global explosives producer Orica and prior to that held senior executive positions at diversified miner BHP, including Group Executive and Chief Executive Aluminum, Nickel and Corporate Development, Group Executive and Chief Commercial Officer and President Diamonds and Specialty Products. Mr Calderon was also CEO of Cerrejón Coal Company and Ecopetrol, both in Colombia, and prior to this he held senior leadership positions in the International Monetary Fund and the Colombian government. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Master of Economics from Yale University, a Juris Doctor in Law, and Bachelor of Economics from Andes University in Colombia.

Mike joined Gold Fields as CEO on 1 January 2024, based at the Corporate Office in Johannesburg. Following an early career in industrial services, Mike joined the mining sector in 2001 in BHP’s human resources department. He rose through the ranks at BHP to head the Mozal Aluminium Smelter project in Mozambique in 2009 and was appointed the group’s President of Human Resources based in Melbourne.

When BHP created South32 in 2015, Mike became President and Chief Operating Officer of its global aluminium, nickel, and South African manganese and energy coal businesses. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Chaarat Gold, an AIM-listed junior gold miner, a position he held until his appointment to Gold Fields.

Mark Bristow was formerly the chief executive of Randgold Resources, the company he built from a small Africa- focused exploration business into one of the industry’s most profitable and best managed gold miners. He joined Barrick in his current position with the Merger in January 2019. Mark restructured and restrategised Barrick, and within months he was the prime mover in the combination of the Nevada assets of Barrick and Newmont, creating the world’s single largest gold mining complex, Nevada Gold Mines, majority-owned and operated by Barrick. His goal is to make Barrick the world’s most valued gold and copper producer, owning the best assets, managed by the best people, and delivering industry leading returns.

Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Karyn Ovelmen joined Newmont in May of 2023 and is a highly experienced financial professional, responsible for maintaining a robust and flexible balance sheet to support Newmont’s capital allocation strategy and oversee Newmont's Global Finance Functions. Mr. Shaoyang Shen joined Zijin Mining Group in 2014 and is currently a Deputy President of the Group. He has 17 years of experience in the mining industry, having held senior executive roles in operations management, strategy, M&A and corporate development across various regions. He has also served as a board member for TSX and ASX listed mining companies. Mr. Shen holds a Bachelor of Economics from Xiamen University, a MBA from The National University of Singapore and a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from University of Toronto.

He rejoined Buenaventura as Controller General in July 2011 until December 2017 when he became the Chief Financial Officer of Buenaventura. General Manager of Buenaventura since September 2017.
He has been a Director of Química Suiza Retail, the business that manages the Mi Farma pharmacy chain, since January 2016 until January 2018. CEO of Consorcio Energético de Huancavelica and Director of Sociedad Minera El Brocal, Compañía Minera Condesa y Empresa de Generación Huanza.

Mr Tonkin is a mining sector leader with more than 25 years’ experience as an operator, contractor and senior executive. He joined Northern Star as Chief Operating Officer in 2013 before being appointed CEO in 2016 and Managing Director in 2021.
Mr Tonkin has played a leading role in Northern Star’s exceptional growth to become an ASX50 company and one of the world’s leading, sustainable gold producers. Mr Tonkin graduated as a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has strengthened its balance sheet, advanced its portfolio of mines and projects, and achieved one of the best safety records in the industry.

Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a career in investment banking, where he worked primarily in mining, industrials, forestry, power and utility sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of Orford Mining Corporation and a Director at the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016.

Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.

Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Peter Steenkamp was appointed chief executive officer and executive director on 1 January 2016. He has 45 years’ experience in the mining industry, including his last position as Senior Vice President: Mining of Sasol Mining Proprietary Limited, and executive positions at Harmony, from 2003 to 2007, and at African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and Pamodzi Gold.

He is a vice-president at the Minerals Council South Africa, a member and past president of the Association of Mine Managers of South Africa, and a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Colliery Managers’ Association.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Dale Andres, Chief Executive Officer, who joined Gatos Silver in 2021, has more than 30 years of experience in the resource industry. Mr. Andres currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Company's wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary, Minera Luz del Sol. Previously, Mr. Andres served as Senior Vice President, Base Metals; as Senior Vice President, Copper; as Vice President, Copper Strategy and North American Operations; as Vice President, Gold and International Mining; and as General Manager, Underground Mines, at Teck Resources Limited.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firmand his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance,and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Badylak is a seasoned mining professional with 20 years of operations experience including a number of senior management roles with Eldorado Gold. In his most recent role as General Manager Kisladag Mine, Mr. Badylak was responsible for multiple cost saving initiatives and optimization of the heap leaching operations, allowing the company to avoid construction of a capital-intensive milling facility and extend the operation of the heap leach. Prior to his role at Kisladag, Matt held various corporate and operations management roles in Eldorado Gold, including Managing Director of China Operations and prior to that, General Manager of the Tanjianshan Gold Mine located on the Tibetan Plateau in China’s Qinghai Province. Prior to Eldorado Gold, he worked in various technical roles across Australia and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy & Chemistry from Murdoch University in Perth and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

A resident of Canada, Mr. David Anthony has +40 years’ experience in mine project development and operation. His experience includes mine and process plant design, permitting, construction and operation. He has also worked in Canada, Ecuador, Brazil, Indonesia, Chile and Argentina to design, deliver and operate open pit and underground mine assets with CAPEX from $100 million to $3.6 billion and with total material movement to 65 million tonnes per year.

Mr. Anthony joined Asante as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) in July 2021 responsible to build and lead the Company operations team to refurbish the Bibiani Mine and to become a significant gold producer. Before joining Asante, he was COO of Cardinal Resources Limited, which developed the 5 million oz (reserve) Namdini gold deposit and project execution plan, prior to its purchase by Shandong Gold for more than US$500 million. Previous positions include working with Barrick in Africa for 10 years where he became COO of African Barrick Gold.

Mr. Anthony holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Mr. Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a division director of investment banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.

Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr. Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr. Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer in November 2014 and became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2022.

David Wolfin is the President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. He has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.

He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.

Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.

He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.

Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.

For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).

In addition, he currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (Formerly Gray rock Resources Ltd.).

Mr. Khunkhun has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration and development sector with a focus on enhancing shareholder value. He has served in a variety of strategic roles including Investor Relations, Corporate Development, CEO, Director and Executive Chairman. Mr. Khunkhun has been instrumental in creating awareness for undervalued companies including grass root explorers, developers and producers. Mr. Khunkhun’ s experience in incubating and growing early stage companies through capital raises, acquisitions, joint ventures and spinouts, as well as long-standing relationships with an extensive global network of HNW investors, private equity and institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and investment bankers, have been a valuable asset to growing mineral explorations companies. Mr. Khunkhun has facilitated over $1B in capital raises.

Mr. Balarezo has proven corporate and operating experience in leading multinational companies in the mining, cement, and services industries.
Mr. Balarezo served as Executive VP for the Americas in Gold Fields Ltd, and as CEO of Gold Fields La Cima. Prior to Gold Fields, he worked for the
Hochschild Group for 16 years. His last position was VP of Operations at Hochschild Mining, where he was responsible for five operations in Peru,
Argentina, and Mexico, as well as the mining projects in development. He also held the positions of General Manager of Hochschild Mining in
Mexico and then in Peru, as well as Deputy General Manager and Finance Manager in Cementos Pacasmayo.

Mr Ben Goldbloom – General Manager Corporate Development:
Ben is an experienced investor relations and business development executive with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, across operations, commercial management and corporate development functions.
Ben was previously the Head of Investor Relations at Regis Resources. Prior to that he performed several key roles in the $16 billion merger of Saracen Mineral Holdings and Northern Star Resources, Saracen's $1 billion acquisition of 50% of the 'Super Pit' and held diverse commercial and technical management positions at Newcrest Mining.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.

Martino De Ciccio has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry with a strong value creation track record and significant knowledge across strategy, capital markets, corporate finance, and ESG, coupled with a profound understanding of the African mining landscape.

Martino most recently served as Deputy CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Endeavour Mining (LSE: EDV, TSX: EDV), a position he assumed in January 2023. He joined Endeavour Mining in 2015 as Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations. He played a pivotal role in Endeavour’s transformation from a $250 million market cap company to a FTSE100 listed company and one of the largest gold producers in the world. During this time, he garnered more than 25 investor relations achievement nominations, including numerous awards for best-in-class investor relations in the gold industry and across all sectors.

Prior to joining Endeavour, Martino played a key role in growing La Mancha Resources from a $20 million market cap which culminated in a $500 million take-private offer. As Strategy and Business Development Manager, he then helped lead the private company’s transformation from an emerging gold producer into one of the largest gold investment funds with cornerstone holdings in Evolution Mining and Endeavour, which was recognized with an Emerging Leader Award. Martino currently serves on the Board of Directors of Northisle Copper and Gold (NCX: TSXV) and Bluestone Resources (BSR: TSXV).

Martino earned a B.Com in Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Sean Roosen is Founder and former Chair & CEO of the Board of Directors of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was previously Chair of the Board of Directors since the Company’s inception in 2014 until 2023. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.

Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.

In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.

Prior to joining Wesdome, Anthea Bath was the Chief Operating Officer at Ero Copper where she was responsible for the company’s four mines, which included underground and open pit operations and major shaft sinking and open pit development projects, all located in Brazil. Her efforts contributed to the impressive growth of Ero Copper, from a junior mining company to a $2 billion international mining company. Anthea started her mining career with Anglo American Platinum as Head of Market Development and Intelligence where she initiated and launched a private equity fund the “PGM fund” for the development of new industry opportunities, globally. During this period, she developed multiple new product innovations from conception to commercialization and was awarded the Anglo American Applaud Award for Innovation. From 2012 – 2016 she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mitochondria Energy and Pentaquark Energy companies where she was responsible for the end-to-end management of the businesses. Anthea is also a non-executive member of the Board of Epiroc AB, a global mining equipment company. Over her 20 years global mining experience Ms. Bath has demonstrated her capabilities in both the operational and business aspects of mining, including new business development, supply chain, business optimization, strategy and marketing.

Mr. Godin has over 30 years of corporate, technical and operations experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Godin was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pretium Resources Inc. and was responsible for the operations of the Brucejack Mine. Prior to that, Mr. Godin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, and from 2010 to 2018 he was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. During this time, he was responsible for the construction and operations of the Renard Diamond Mine in Quebec. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President, Project Development for G Mining Services and held executive or senior operations positions for Canadian Royalties, Iamgold and Cambior in the Americas. Mr. Godin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining from Laval University in Quebec, Canada and is a Chartered Director since 2010.

Mr. Tomory has over 25 years of experience in mining, engineering and construction and was appointed Centerra’s President & CEO effective May 1, 2023. Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation, where he worked for over 14 years in a series of progressive technical roles. Prior to Kinross, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and Golder Associates. Mr. Tomory is a professional engineer in the province of Ontario with a Master of Applied Science in Civil (Mining) Engineering from the University of Toronto and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Mr Gerard M Bond is an experienced and accomplished executive in the global resources and finance industry. He was appointed as Executive Director and President & Chief Executive Officer of OceanaGold in April 2022.

Mr Bond’s commodities experience includes gold, copper, nickel and aluminium. He has an extensive background in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, and human resources, and has held numerous senior executive roles across North America, Europe and Australia. He has a proven track record of driving performance and delivering on business potential.

Prior to his appointment at OceanaGold, Mr Bond was the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer at Newcrest Mining Limited for 10 years, from January 2012 to January 2022. Before joining Newcrest he was at BHP where, over his 14 years there he held various senior executive roles in Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, as Deputy CFO of the Aluminium business, CFO and then Acting President of the Nickel business, and finally as BHP’s Head of Group Human Resources. Prior to joining BHP he worked in Corporate Finance for Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr Bond holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Steven Dean is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector.

Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO).

Richard Hyde
Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman

Richard is a geologist with 30 years’ experience in the mining industry and over 25 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He founded West African Resources in 2006, leading the company through its IPO in 2010, major gold discovery in 2016, to first gold production in 2020, completing construction 6 months ahead of schedule and US$20 million under budget.

In 2021 Richard led West African’s acquisition of the 7.8Moz Kiaka Gold Project, including raising over A$136 million in equity to support the transaction. In 2023 Richard and his team secured a further US$265 million in debt funding for the development and construction of Kiaka, which is over 50% complete and remains on schedule to pour first gold in the second half of 2025.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of New England and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr Holohan joined Resolute in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations and projects. Mr Holohan was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in May 2022.

Mr Holohan has held various executive and detailed technical mining positions working in Africa, for 30 years, followed by 10 years in Asia, focused on re-engineering a range of precious and base metals mining projects. Mr Holohan brings significant experience in operating in technically and socially challenged environments where he has led multi-cultural workforces.

Niël Pretorius has two decades of experience in the mining industry. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer designate of DRDGOLD Limited on 21 August 2008 and Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2009. Niël also serves as an elected Board representative of the Minerals Council South Africa.

Niël initially joined the Company on 1 May 2003 as a legal adviser and was promoted to the position of Group Legal Counsel on 1 September 2004 and then General Manager: Corporate Services on 1 April 2005. Niël was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ergo Mining Operations (formerly DRDGOLD SA) on 1 July 2006.

He has been instrumental in implementing several corporate social investment strategies and environmental, educational and rehabilitation policies during his tenure, in line with the Company’s strategy to deploy its resources to maximise economic value through sustainable and responsible mining, while releasing land back to the greater Johannesburg for redevelopment.

One of the Company’s key objectives is to generate a financial return for shareholders by maintaining healthy cash flows. This focus on cash flow has enabled the Company to preserve the value created for stakeholders in the form of dividends for 15 uninterrupted years, making a total distribution of 60 SA cents per share for FY2022.

Under his leadership, DRDGOLD was nominated as the Sunday Times Top 100 Company in South Africa in 2020. DRDGOLD has been ranked in the top 14 companies over the last five years.

Peter Marrone is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and was Executive Chairman of Yamana, which he founded in 2003. He has more than 35 years of mining, business and capital markets experience. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Marrone has founded and taken public several companies in various sectors and advised companies on going public and establishing the required protocols for governance in his role as an investment banker and lawyer before that. He has been on the boards of a number of public companies and has advised companies with a strong international presence.

Mr. Marrone currently sits on the board of directors of Aris Gold Corporation. Prior to Allied, Mr. Marrone was the head of investment banking at a major Canadian investment bank and before that practiced law in Toronto with a strong focus on corporate law, securities law and international transactions.

Matthew Wilcox is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tietto Mineral Limited (“Tietto”). Before that he was Chief development officer of Sanbrado Gold Mine and project director of Nordgold’s 4Mtpa Bissa Gold Project and 8Mtpa Bouly Gold Project (Burkina Faso).

Bronwyn joined Kingsgate in 2023 as General Manager, Corporate & External Relations. She is an experienced corporate professional who has worked across internal and external communications, marketing, and advisory functions, most recently at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Bronwyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Macquarie University and a Master's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.

Mr. Hoel has more than 25 years of experience in large-scale project management, development, and operations with companies including Rio Tinto, Lundin Mining, New Gold, Arizona Mining, and South32, where he held various Executive and Project Director roles. Mr. Hoel joined Seabridge in 2021 as Vice President, Projects and in August 2022 was promoted to SVP, Chief Operating Officer. In January of 2024, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Hoel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, an MBA from Westminster Gore School of Business, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD and has been since January 2012. Mr. Lang has more than 35 years of diverse experience in mine operations, project development, and evaluations. Prior to joining, he was President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia. Mr. Lang has held progressively responsible operating and project development positions over his career at Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, both of which are now part of Barrick. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and is a Graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.

Ken Konkin, P.Geo., holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia (1984) and is a registered Professional Geologist with over 35 years of experience across North and South America and Russia. He spent 19 years at Silver Standard, managing exploration programs in Argentina, Peru, and Canada's Golden Triangle. In 2010, Mr. Konkin was appointed Project Manager for Pretium Resources, where he played a key role in discovering the 8-million-ounce Valley of Kings deposit at Brucejack Lake Mine. He was a co-recipient of the 2017 H.H. ‘Spud’ Huestis Award for excellence in mineral exploration and contributed to Pretium's 2013 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian discovery.

Iain is a seasoned mining executive with more than 40 years’ experience in senior operational management and executive roles in both the junior and major mining sectors. He has extensive operational, project management and project development experience at top management and executive levels in West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Russia and the Asia Pacific. This includes a number of restarts, turnarounds and project delivery under tight capital constraints.
He has a track record of building businesses, operating, developing and financing mining projects, including involvement of a number of mining start-ups and turnarounds, leading the development of new projects and running significant stock market listings and financings. His recent focus has been the Asia Pacific region and in both Francophone and Anglophone Africa, but he has also successfully operated in Western and Eastern Europe and Russia.
Iain trained as a mining engineer at the Royal School of Mines. His early career was with Gold Fields in Southern and Western Africa, where he rapidly rose to senior operational roles, including maintain operations in aged mines and responsibility for managing a large expansion at West Driefontein gold mine.
He was transferred by Gold Fields to Tarkwa as Mine Manager responsible for commissioning and ramp-up of Gold Field’s new flagship gold mine at Tarkwa, but at the same time maintaining the mature and financially stressed Tarkwa underground mine in production for a number of years, pending the commissioning of the new surface mine.

He then moved to the junior sector in 1999 and held senior operational and executive roles in Eastern and Western Europe and Russia including the turnaround of two mature mines: Chelopech in Bulgaria and Almagrera in Spain that supported the construction and development of the Aguas Teñidas polymetallic mine in Spain.
He then took the role as COO for Trans Siberian Gold and led the exploration and feasibility study of the Asacha epithermal mine in remote Kamchatka.
Iain then moving to South Africa as a member of the executive team that set up UraMin Inc. As Chief Operating Officer he was central to building the business, developing a number of uranium projects worldwide and established and led the highly effective operations team that was instrumental in raising in excess of US$450 million to develop UraMin’s uranium projects and ultimately led to the sale of the company. In mid-2007, when Areva acquired UraMin for US$2.5 billion, Iain was retained as Managing Director to ensure that UraMin’s proven entrepreneurial approach was carried through into the new entity.
In early 2008, he left Areva to investigate a number of opportunities in the West and Central African mining sector, including what eventually became Elemental Mineral’s Sintoukola project. From late 2009 to July 2014, he was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Elemental, leading Elemental’s TSX IPO and building the team that took the project through exploration into project development and raising the finance to support the successful fast-track project strategy. This included setting up the in-country corporate structure with associated agreements, conventions, tax regime, etc.
In 2013 he founded Madini Minerals with a team of experienced mining professionals to build a new, multi-commodity mining business focussing on near term mining projects in need of capital and strong operational and corporate management. Current Madini focus on is on projects in DRC and Zimbabwe, leveraging strong local relationships and structures.
In early 2021, he was appointed as MD & CEO of Lole Mining Ltd (now renamed Tolu Minerals Ltd.), focussed on the acquisition and development of high value gold assets in PNG. He led the acquisition and permitting of the company’s projects, raising significant pre-IPO seed finance and led the IPO of Tolu Minerals on the Australian Securities Exchange completed in Q3.
Throughout his career Iain has been involved from time to time with distressed operations, but in particular, over the last 2 decades has focussed largely on restarts and distressed turnarounds.

Ms. Rachel Goldman is the CEO and director of Paramount Gold Nevada. Prior to joining Paramount, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank owned firms, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University and serves as an independent director of Red Pine Exploration (TSXV: RPX), and the Denver Gold Group.

Mr Dorward has over 25 years of experience in the mining and finance industries. Mr Dorward was the CEO of TSX-listed gold producer Roxgold Inc. from 2012 to 2021, where he led the construction of the Yaramoko Gold Mine in Burkina Faso from maiden resource through to production, before Roxgold was acquired by Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2021 for US$884 million.

Mr Dorward’s earlier roles include Vice President of Business Development at Fronteer Gold, a TSX and AMEX-listed mining company with gold and uranium projects in USA, Canada and Turkey, where he was instrumental in negotiating its acquisition by Newmont Mining Corporation for $2.3 billion in 2011.

Mr Dorward also previously served as CFO of ASX and TSX-listed gold company Mineral Deposits Limited and ASX-listed gold producer Leviathan Resources Limited, and was a senior executive with ASX-listed gold and nickel producer MPI Mines Limited.

He is currently a non-executive director Surge Copper Corporation and Taura Gold.

Steve Reiner is Executive Vice President for A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc.

Mr. MacKenzie has over 15 years of capital markets and industry experience. Prior to joining Orezone, Mr. MacKenzie held the position of Managing Director, Metals & Mining Equity Analyst at Canaccord Genuity. His industry experience spans all project levels, from early-stage exploration through to operations. This included positions as Project Geologist, Development Mine Manager, and Construction Technical Advisor with Imperial Metals at the Red Chris mine.

Mr. MacKenzie holds a degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences (Hon.) from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA, with a Finance specialization, from Queen’s University. He is a registered P.Geo. with the province of British Columbia.

Andrés Restrepo has been President and CEO of Mineros since 2015, having joined the Company in 2014. With 14 years' experience in the mining industry, Andrés is a results-oriented senior executive and strategic leader who excels in forming high-performance teams with a common objective. He has been on the boards of both private and public companies and currently sits on the board of directors of Compañía de Empaques S.A. and Plantaciones Unipalma de Los Llanos S.A. Mr. Restrepo holds a BSc (Production Engineering) from EAFIT University, Colombia and a MC/MPA from the Edward S. Masan Program at Harvard University.

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.

Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.

Jason Reid serves as CEO, President and Director of Fortitude Gold Corporation (FGC). FGC was spun out of Gold Resource Corporation (GRC) (NYSE American: GORO) where Jason previously served for over 14 years including CEO, President and Director positions. Jason joined GRC in 2006 when it was a private Company and helped take it public with a self-underwritten IPO. Jason was part of a management team that took GRC from an exploration and development stage company to a gold and silver dividend paying producer. Under his tenure as CEO & President, GRC achieved ten consecutive years of profitability, over a decade of production, generated over $1 billion in revenue and returned over $116 million in dividends to shareholders. At GRC, he also co-created and initiated the first known cash to physical gold and silver dividend program whereby shareholders could take delivery of precious metals. As an entrepreneur prior to GRC, Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Lewis College.

Mr L'Herpiniere is a seasoned exploration management and project generation expert with a robust track record spanning over two decades and more than 20 countries. As the former Head of Exploration at Fortescue, Paul has honed his skills in leading extensive mineral exploration initiatives globally.

In addition to his extensive field experience, Paul was a founding partner at Ibaera Capital, a resource-focused private equity firm that manages assets worth USD 150 million. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in the development and strategic direction of the Rogozna project, contributing his vast knowledge and industry insights to ensure its success

Jason Kosec has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration, mine development, investor relations and capital markets. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Geology at Western University and a Masters in Earth and Energy Resources at Queens University, Mr. Kosec worked as a Project Geologist at Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was subsequently sold in 2012 to IAMGOLD for C$608 million. Mr. Kosec then moved on to work as an Exploration Geologist at a number of IAMGOLD properties and in early 2015 was recruited to join the Barkerville Gold Mines team as Sr. Geologist where he was appointed Chief Mine Geologist in 2016. In late 2017 Mr. Kosec took on the role of VP Corporate Development, which ultimately led to the sale of Barkerville Gold Mines to Osisko Gold Royalties in 2019 for C$338 million.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

Glenn is the founding shareholder of Silver Tiger Metals Inc. and he oversaw the listing of the Company on the TSXV. Glenn is a securities lawyer with 25 years of resource sector capital markets experience and he currently serves as a member of the TSXV National Advisory Committee. Glenn is Corporate Secretary and a founding shareholder of Gogold Resources Inc., another company for which he oversaw the listing on the TSX. Glenn received his Law Degree and MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and holds a Science Degree from Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Ms. Christie has over 25 years of experience in the exploration and mining business. She became the President and CEO of Banyan in 2016. Prior to that, she was the President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (2006-2016), one the Yukon's largest placer mining operations and was involved in consulting for exploration, mining, environmental assessment, government, community and First Nation relations, including working with First Nation development corporations. She currently serves on the Board Western Copper and Gold and Osisko Green Acquisition. Ms. Christie has been a board member of PDAC, AMEBC and other industry associations and was a founding board member of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (2004-2016). She is active in non-profits and charities, including being President of the charity “Every Student, Every Day” that works to improve attendance in Yukon schools. Ms. Christie has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer in BC and Yukon.

Charles Funk is the founder, CEO and a director of Heliostar Metals, a company rapidly growing into a mid-tier gold producer. He has contributed to over $244.80 M in capital raised over the last 6 years, has been involved in all aspects of multiple project acquisition and disposition and has played leading roles in deposit discoveries in Australia and Mexico. George Bee
President and CEO

Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies. Most recently in 2018 Mr. Bee concluded a third term with Barrick Gold as Senior VP Frontera District in Chile and Argentina to advance Pascua Lama feasibility as an underground mine. This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.

With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. By this time Mr. Bee had been appointed to the boards of Peregrine Metals and later Stillwater Mining and Jaguar Mining. In 2014, he also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Mining, operating mines in Brazil, as the company emerged from a financial restructuring process.

Mr. Bee is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation.

Justin Reid, M.Sc., MBA
Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014 and was Managing Director at Aguia Resources Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 13 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.

Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

Mr. Mah is a professional engineer with over 30 years of Canadian and global mining experience in gold, silver, diamonds and base metal projects. He has held several senior management roles including the President of Avanti Kitsault Mine Ltd, British Columbia, COO of Alloycorp Mining Inc., and Group Executive of prefeasibility and feasibility projects at Newmont Mining Corp. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at McEwen Mining Inc. where he was responsible for all open pit and underground operations and projects in Canada, Mexico, Argentina and the USA. His expertise includes new mine construction and has a proven track record of building, transitioning and operating mines. Most notable was the Debeer’s Victor open pit diamond mine where he was the Mine General Manager. In 2009, Peter’s Victor Mine Team was awarded the Mining Magazine’s international ‘Mine of the Year’ award. He’s a former Director at Mining Association British Columbia, Mining Association Ontario, Noront Resources and Argo Gold Inc. He is currently a Director at Golden Lake Exploration Inc. Mr. Mah holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and a Master’s of Applied Science majoring in Rock Mechanics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Canada.

Harry was founder or co-founder of Citicorp Capital Investors Australia, investment company Pilatus Capital, Australian Gold Council, Atalaya Resources in Spain, KEFI Gold and Copper in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia and Cyprus-based Semarang Enterprises. He has overseen a number of start-ups in those and their related organisations principally through the roles of Chairman, Deputy Chairman or Managing Director. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant early in his career while working with Price Waterhouse Coopers

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Mr Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, previously with Inco Ltd., and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario. Mr Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner's Association and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission.
